VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED

Morning Clubbers,
As you’re all aware, the club is hosting the VTCA Bushfire Relief Charity Game at home on Sunday.

The VTCA and our committee have put in a great deal of effort in organising this day, and as a club we need to support them. Everybody has been touched by the horrific bushfires that have plagued our country over the past month or so, and this is cricket’s way of giving back.

We need as many volunteers on the day to help out with the various activities that will be running, such as:

• Manning Photo Booth
• Manning Dunking Machine
• Manning Jumping Castle
• Kitchen helper – preparing BBQ
• Kitchen helper –preparing pizzas
• Ground & Site set up – 8 –10 am

If you are able to help out on the day, please comment below so we can put together a roster to ensure that the load is spread between everyone. An hour or two of your time is all we ask.
